SJSO Property Tax Sale Notice

Attention St. John the Baptist Parish property owners, if you have outstanding property tax bills as of April 1, 2025 please call (985) 359-8710 or come to the Sheriff’s Office at 1801 West Airline Highway, LaPlace to discuss the matter.

An online Tax Sale is scheduled for Thursday, June 26, 2025 from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. In-person auctions will no longer be held.

Registration is required for auction bidding.  Auction registration begins at 8 a.m. on May 28 and ends June 9, 2025 at 4 p.m.
