Property Description: THAT CERTAIN PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, being a portion of Willow Grove Plantation, Parcels X-1-A, I-E-1 and Y-1-A, in Section 20, T-11-S, R-7-E, now called SUGAR RIDGE SUBDIVISION, in accordance with a resubdivision made by J. J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated November 30, 1978, approved by the St. John the Baptist Parish Police Jury on February 22, 1979, and corrected April 24, 1980, a print of which is attached to the Police Jury resolution dated April 24, 1980, registered in COB 140, folio 719, and filed on May 23, 1980, under map file number 168 of the Parish of St. John the Baptist, Louisiana, which said lot is more fully described thereon as follows, to-wit: LOT NO. 193, 1828 SOUTHDOWN ROAD, LAPLACE, LOUISIANA, measures 60 feet front on Southdown Road, same width in the rear, by a depth of 100 feet between equal and parallel lines. All in accordance with the survey by Edward L. Clinton, L.S., dated August 9, 1983. Being the same property acquired by mortgagors herein by act dated April 30, 1999, before Lloyd J. LeBlanc, Jr., N.P., recorded St. John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana.
