Property Description: THAT CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, on the left bank of the Mississippi River, forming part of the St. Martin Subdivision, and being delineated and designated on a map showing the subdivision of a portion of the Batture in front of Section 20, Township 11 South, Range 7 East, East of the Mississippi River, made by Frank T. Payne, Civil Engineer, and dated Gretna, LA, July 14, 1826, a blue print copy whereof is annexed to an act of sale by the said Bank of St. John to Mrs. Adele Perilloux, wife of and Louis S. Vilemont, passed before Claude Harold Levet, Notary Public, on March 25, 1938, which act is on file and of record in the office of the Clerk of Court and Recorder of the Parish of St. John the Baptist under Original Acts No. 5478, which map is hereby made a part hereof by reference (a photostatic copy of which said map corrected by H. E. Landry, Civil Engineer, showing corrections in red ink in Lot No. 1 and 40, after having been paraphed "Ne Varietur" by Notary, for identification herewith, was annexed hereto and is hereby made a part hereof), as: LOT NUMBER 44, measuring 60 feet front on Fir Street (formerly Laplace Station Gravel Road), by a depth of 157.69 feet on the Jefferson Highway, and a depth of 153.54 feet on the river side, and having a width of 60 feet at said depth; bounded on its upper side or West by the said Public Lane, on its Woods side or North by Lot Number 45.on its lower side or East by Lot Number 4, on its river side or South by Lot Number 43, together with all the rights, ways, servitudes, privileges and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
