Property Description: THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, situated in the State of Louisiana, Parish of St. John the Baptist, in that part thereof known as Belle Terre Two, Phase 3 Subdivision, being a portion of Section 68, T-11-S. R-7-E, as shown on plan of subdivision by J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated May 13, 1977, approved by the Police Jury on October 28, 1977, registered in the Office of the Clerk of Court for the Parish of St. John the Baptist, as Map No. 154. According to survey by J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated October 31, 1978, and resurveyed August 23, 1979, the said lot is designated, located and measures as follows: Lot 388, Square 17, which square is bounded by Pebble Beach Drive, Pinehurst Drive, the Golf Course, St. Andrews Boulevard and the South Boundary of Belle Terre Two, Phase 3. Said lot commences 1474.70 feet from the intersection of St. Andrews Boulevard and Pebble Beach Drive and measures thence 85.73 feet front on Pebble Beach Drive and has the first width in the rear of 19.33 feet to a point thence 53.24 feet to a point; and has a depth on its sideline nearer St. Andrews Boulevard of 110.18 feet and a depth on its opposite or southerly sideline of 120 feet. According to a survey by Gilbert, Kelley & Couturie, Inc., December 22, 1981, a copy of which is annexed to and made part of an act before Wallace H. Paletou, Notary Public, dated January 11, 1990, said lot has the same location, designation and measurements as set out above.
