Property Description: That certain piece or portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the State of Louisiana, in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, at Laplace, in RIVERLAND HEIGHTS, UNIT NO. 3, said portion being designated and measures as follows: LOT 321, SQUARE 16, forming the corner of Madewood Drive and Fairway Drive and measuring thence 76.18 feet front on Fairway Drive, a depth and front of 111.79 feet on Madewood Drive, a depth on its other sideline of 110 feet, and a width in the rear of 56.27 feet. All in accordance with survey by Harold J. Flynn, C.E., dated November 12,1972. Improvements thereon bear the Municipal Address 424 Fairway Drive, Laplace, Louisiana, 70068. Being the same property acquired by Chandell Hudgins and Kelly F. Hudgins, Sr. from Aliceson Miller Moore and Joseph D. Moore, by act of Cash Sale dated October 27, 2006, passed in counterpart before (illegible), Notary Public, and Deryle A.
