Property Description: A certain piece of ground, together with all the buildings, and improvements, thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, advantages and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining situated in Reserve, in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, Louisiana on the left descending bank of the Mississippi River, in Melius Subdivision, being a subdivision of a portion of what was formerly the Thomas W. Melius Sr. tract of land, located in Section 40, T 11 S, R7 E and according to map of said Melius Subdivision, made by Corwin A. Robert, C.E. dated November 10, 1950, a blue print of which is in record in the office of the Clerk of Court, said lot is designated and measures as follows: Lot 13, Square 2, measuring 70 feet front on Melius Avenue, by a depth between equal and parallel lines of 105 feet, and having a width in the rear of 70 feet and is bounded on the east by Melius Avenue, on the north by Lot 12 of Square 2, on the west by Lot 6 of Square 2 and on the south by Lot 14 of Square 2.
