Property Description: One certain lot or portion of ground, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, on the left descending bank of the Mississippi River, at LaPlace, Louisiana, forming part of Square No. 3 of the subdivision of the front portion of LaPlace Plantation and being particularly delineated and designated on a plan of LaPlace Terrace Subdivision, made by Payne Engineering Company dated July 9, 1928 and reconstructed and redrawn by H.E. Landry, C.E., and surveyed on May 11, 1940, a blue print of which is on file and of record in the office of the Clerk of Court and Ex-officio recorder of the Parish of St. John the Baptist, which lots of ground are designated on said plan as: Lot No. 12, Square 7-B, measuring 60 feet front on Maple Street (formerly Shell Street) by a depth of 120 feet between equal and parallel lines. As per survey of Dading, Marques, & Associates dated August 19, 1993, Lot 12 of Square 7-B is bounded by First Street, West Maple Loop (side) (formerly Maurin Drive), Lilac Street (formerly Second Street) and East Maple Loop (formerly Maple Street and Shell Street). Said Lot 12 commences 310.00 feet from the comer of east Maple Loop and Lilac Street, measures 60.00 feet front on the East Maple Loop, same in width in the rear, and measures 120.00 feet between equal and parallel lines; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
