Property Description: A certain lot of ground, together with all the improvements, rights, ways, privilleges, servitudes and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the village of Garyville, Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana on the left descending bank of the Mississippi River, forming part of the Glencoe Plantation, situated in Sections 14 and 15, T11 S, R6E, as per plan of survey made by Durald F.
