Property Description: ONE CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in Section 19, Township 11 South, Range 7 East of the PARK PLACE SUBDIVISION, which is a resubdivision of a portion of the New Era Subdivision and according to the plan of survey made by Hamilton Meyers and Associates, Inc., dated September 21, 1973, and revised January 31, 1974, which plan of survey was approved by a resolution of the St. John the Baptist Police Jury on November 26, 1975, and duly recorded in the office of the Clerk of Court, Parish of St. John the Baptist, under map folder 135, said lot is designated and measures as follows: LOT 16, SQUARE A, PARK PLACE SUBDIVISION, 412 Marvin Gardens, commencing at the intersection of Lot 16, 17 and Marvin Gardens, thence measuring 59 feet front along Marvin Gardens, thence measuring by a depth of 100 feet along the Lot 15 side, thence measuring 59 feet in the rear along the N13°16'35" W line and thence measuring by a depth of 100 feet along the Lot 17 side to the point of origination. All in accordance with the survey of Hamilton Meyers and Associates, Inc., dated September 21, 1973 and revised January 31, 1974. Being the same property acquired by Tomeny Construction Company, Inc. (presently Bellmont Construction Company, Inc., as per a resolution of its Board of Directors), from Hialeah Homes, Inc., before Radar Jackson, Notary Public, on August 8, 1978 and recorded in COB 12, Folio 679, Entry Number 63490.
