E. Landry, Registered Engineer No. 585, dated New Orleans, Louisiana, December 22, 1952, a blue print copy whereof has been approved by the Police Jury of this Parish, and is on file and of record in the Office of the Clerk of Court and ex-officio recorder of the Parish of St. John the Baptist, and according thereto, said Lot No. Eight (8) of Block "C" measures 96.40 feet front on LeBrun Avenue, South by Lot No. Seven (7) . North by Lot No. Nine (9) and the West by Entremont Subdivision, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining. AND LOT 9, LEBRUN SUBDIVISION, A CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, situated on the left descending bank of the Mississippi River, in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, at Reserve, Louisiana, and designated as Lot No. Nine (9) of Block "C" on the LeBrun and Maurin Subdivision, made by H. E.
