J . Krebs & Sons, Inc., said portion of ground being designated and measures as follows: Lot No. 385, Square 17, commencing at a distance of 1223.08 feet from the intersection of St. Andrews Boulevard and Pebble Beach Drive to a point, thence measuring 67.59 feet front along Pebble Beach Drive to a point, thence measuring 117.14 feet along the South Boundary of Belle Terre Two, Phase Three side to a point, thence measuring 88.41 feet in the rear along the Gulf Course side to a point, and thence measuring by a depth of 122.37 feet along the St. Andrews Boulevard side to the point of origination. All in accordance with a survey of J. J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated October 31, 1978, resurveyed October 13, 1979 to show improvement and resurveyed April 25, 1980, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
