Landry, C.E., dated August 23, 1978, a copy of which has been approved by the St. John the Baptist Parish Police Jury and filed for record with the Clerk of Court of St. John the Baptist Parish under Map File. No. 161. Said lot is designated and measures as follows: Lot 26 measures 100 feet front on Northwest Third A Street by a depth on its northern boundary of 141.96 feet and a depth on its southern boundary of 142.56 feet with a width in the rear of 99.15 feet. Said lot is bounded on the north by Lot 27 Reserve Park Annex, on the south by Kenneth Street, on the east by Northwest Third A. street and on the west by Reserve Park Subdivision. AND A CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GOURND, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, being located in Section 40 of Township 11 South, Range 6 East, Southeastern Land District of Louisiana and according to the survey of S.K.
