Property Description: A CERTAIN PARCEL OF GROUND, situated in the Parish of St John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in Reserve, on the left bank of the Mississippi River, forming a part of original Lot No Two (2) alloted to Evariste Duhe by Act of Partition by and between Gregoire Duhe, Oliver Duhe and Evariste Duhe, dated July 11, 1936, passed before H.R. Martin, Clerk of Court and Ex-Officio Notary of St John the Baptist Louisiana, which presently conveyed parcel of ground commences approximately 552 feet in a northerly direction from the Southern boundary of Original Lot No Two (2) and thence measures 100 feet in width and front on a 16 foot public road know as Cassagne Lane, by a depth between equal and parallel lines in a westerly direction of 96 feet, more or less, or the lower boundary line of the property formerly belonging to DR. L.T. Donaldson and now to Guy Donaldson, and is bounded on the lower east side by the Cassagne Lane, on the river side by a lot of ground belonging to Irene Phylis Duhe, or assigns, on the North or woods side by the remaining portion of Lot No Two (2) belonging to the heirs of Evaruste Duhe and wife and on the upper side by the property belonging to Guy Donaldson.
