Property Description: The property described in the Act of Mortgage is described as follows: ONE CERTAIN PARCEL OF GROUND, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as BELLE POINT PLANTATION SUBDIVISION NO. 3, being a resubdivision of a portion of Belle Point Plantation in Section 77, Township 11 South, Range 7 East, Southeast Land District of Louisiana, East of the Mississippi River, designated as LOT 372 on the plan of survey made by J.J.
