Property Description: THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in that part known as CAMBRIDGE PLACE EAST, SECTION II, as shown on a survey by J. J. Krebs & Sons, Inc. dated April 24, 1981, showing a resubdivision of a portion of Cambridge Place East, Section II, said subdivision being approved on September 28, 1981, and according to said survey, said lot is designated as follows: LOT NO. 35-B, SQUARE 17, which square is bounded by Virginian Colony, Hancock Drive, Cambridge Drive (side) and Plymouth Drive (side), said portion of ground commences at a distance of 191.00 feet from the corner of Virginian Colony Drive and Hancock Drive, and measures thence 47.50 feet front on Virginian Colony Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth of 100.00 feet between equal and parallel lines; all in accordance with the survey of Gilbert, Kelly & Couturie, Inc., S&E, dated June 21, 1989. Being the same property acquired by mortgagor herein by act dated April 15, 2003, before Lloyd J. LeBlanc, Jr., N.P., registered in St. John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana.
