Flynn, dated September 8, 1975, and more fully described as follows: Said lot commences 733.13 feet south of the south right of way of the Yazoo and Mississippi Valley Railroad and measures 222.00 (title. 221.00 feet plan) feet in a northerly direction along a 30 foot road by a depth between equal and parallel lines of 84 feet, bounded on the South by property of Rose Lynn Madere, wife of Farrell C. Aucoin, or assigns, on the West by a road, on the North by G.W. Madere, or assigns, and on the East by T.
