Property Description: The property described in the Act of Mortgage is described as follows: THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the PARISH OF ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST, STATE OF LOUISIANA, in CARROLLWOOD SUBDIVISION, said portion being designated as LOT NO. 76A. According to a plan by J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated 5/2/66, and resurveyed 7/17/67 and 9/11/67 to show improvements, Lot No. 76A is in that area bounded by Elmwood Drive, Carrollwood Avenue, Rosedown Drive and Concord Drive, as shown on said plan, and measures thence 71.34 feet front on Elmwood Drive, with a width in the rear of 55 feet, by a depth of 101.33 feet on the sideline closer to Carrollwood Avenue and 100 feet on the opposite sideline.
