One certain lot of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, on the left descending bank of the Mississippi River, and designated as lot number 30 in the subdivision of “Mrs. Estelle Pattet Troxclair Subdivision” which was formerly a part of lot number 4 Angelina Plantation Subdivision, according to plan of survey by H. E. Landry, Sr., Civil Engineer, dated New Orleans, Louisiana, September 27, 1945, a copy of which is on file in the office of the clerk of court, Parish of St. John the Baptist.
