ONE (1) measuring 200 feet on the Ory Hammond Highway and extending therefrom in an Easterly direction at a distance of 225.11 feet as per title (278.38 actual) on its northern boundary and 290.78 feet on its southern boundary, and measuring at that depth a width of 199.32 feet; bounded West by the Ory-Hammond Highway, East by 60 foot strip belonging to vendor, North by a 40 foot strip separating said lot from property formerly belonging to William H.
