All as more fully shown on survey by J. J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated October 30, 1978. And according to survey by BFM Corporation dated October 22, 1987, and the said lot has the same designation and measurements as set forth hereinabove and is bounded by Doral Lane west, Doral Boulevard, St. Andrews Boulevard and Golf Course (side), and said lot forms the corner of Doral Boulevard and Doral Lane West.
