A CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST, State of Louisiana, in CARROLLWOOD SUBDIVISION NUMBER FOUR (4), according to plan of J. J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., said portion of ground is designated and measures as follows:

LOT NUMBER SIX (6), commencing at a distance of three hundred forty-nine and twenty-five hundredths feet (349.25’) from the intersection of Longwood Court and Fairway Drive, thence measuring sixty feet (60’) front along Longwood Court, thence measuring by a depth of one hundred feet (100’) along the east boundary of the subdivision side and measuring one hundred feet (100’) in depth along the Longwood Court side to the point of origination. All in accordance with the survey of J. J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated March 4, 1977, and resurveyed on April 22, 1977, to show improvements; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
