Flynn, R.L.S., dated July 25, 2006, and approved by St. John the Baptist Parish under Ordinance No. 06-69 and recorded under Instrument No. 269969 of the conveyance records of St. John the Baptist,, said property being situated in Section 21,T-11-S, R-7-E, LaPlace, St. John the Baptist, on the left descending bank of the Mississippi River, and according to said referenced survey, the property is more particularly described as Lot 1A, Square 1, and measures as follows:
