Krebs & Sons. Inc., John F.  Marshall.  R.L.S., consisting of four sheets dated July 18. 1983, and July 19, 1983 approved by St. John the Baptist Parish Council in Ordinance adopted October 13, 1983, and filed for record at COB 187, folio 358, on file with the Clerk of Court St. John the Baptist Parish as Map File No. 194, and further in accordance with the plan of resubdivision changing subdivision name to The Colony made J. J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., John F Marshall, R.L.S., consisting of three sheets, dated June 26, 1991, approved by the St. John the Baptist Parish Council in Ordinance No. 91-47, adopted on July 11, 1991, filed for record on January 29, 1992 under Entry No. 141881 in COB 290, folio 207, and Map File No. 276; according to which lot is designated as LOT 102C, SQUARE C, THE COLONY, more fully described in accordance with said plans as follows:

LOT 102C forms the corner of Franklin Court and English Colony Drive and measures thence a distance of 70 feet front on English Colony Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth and front on Benjamin Court of 100 feet with the same depth on the opposite sideline.  LOT 102C is in a square bounded on the east by English Colony Drive, on the west by Cambridge Drive, on the south by Franklin Court and on the north by Benjamin Court.  All in accordance with the survey by K L L Consultants, Inc., Joseph J. Krebs, Jr., R.L.S., dated February 16, 1994, resurveyed May 19, 1994, November 2, 1994 and January 28, 1995 and April 24, 1995.

A certain portion or piece of ground, together with all buildings, improvements thereon and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the State of Louisiana, Parish of St. John the Baptist, in LAPLACE TERRACE SUBDIVISION, located in Section 25, Township 11 South, Range 7 East, being land formerly batture, Southeastern Land District of Louisiana, East of Mississippi River, LaPlace, according to plan of survey by Payne Engineering Co., dated July 9, 1928, redrawn on October 11, 1935, and again redrawn by H.E. Landry, C.E., on May 11, 1940, on file in the records of St. John the Baptist Parish.  Said lot is described and measures as follows, to-wit:
