Lot no. 46, square 20, Laplace, measured 50 feet front on Concord Drive, same width in the rear by a depth between equal and parallel lines of 100 feet, all in accordance with the survey by Gerald Swanson, Land Surveyors, dated September 20, 1982, revised March 1, 1983 and resurveyed March 27, 1985, in accordance with the survey of Gilbert, Kelly and Couturie, Inc., dated February 15, 1993, the lot has the same location and measurements and commences at a distance of 655 feet from the corner of St. Andrews Blvd. and Concord Drive (as per approved subdivision plan) Concordia Drive (as per street sign and mailing address) measures 50 feet front on Concord Drive, same with in the rear by a depth between equal and parallel lines of 100 feet.
