The property described in the Act of Mortgage is described as follows:

That certain piece or portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all, of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging; or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as Cambridge Place Subdivision, per plan by John P. Marshall, dated January 10th, 1978, approved by the St. John the Baptist Parish Police Jury resolution registered in COB 124, folio 243. And according to said plan, said Lot is designated as LOT 37 in SQUARE 5 and is located and measures as follows:

Said Lot 37 commences 185 feet from the near point of curvature at the corner of Penn Drive and Yorktown Drive and measures 50 feet front on Yorktown Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth of100 feet between equal and parallel lines.

And according to a plat of survey by R.P. Fontcubert, Jr., dated June 14, 1986, said Lot has the same location and dimensions as set forth above.
