THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, Louisiana, in GODCHAUX COMMUNITY, Unit No. 1, Riverlands, being a resubdivision of a portion of the LaPlace Plantation, Sections 24 and 25, Township 11 South, Range 7 East, Southeastern District of Louisiana, East of the Mississippi River, and designated as LOT NO. 235, in the square bounded by Welham Loop and Ellerslie Avenue, all in accordance with the survey by J.J. Krebs & Sons, Surveyors, dated May 1, 1957, recorded in the office of the Clerk of Court of St. John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana on October 11, 1957, as Plan No. 78, which said lot forms the intersection of Welham Loop and measures 45 feet front on Welham Loop at a point, and thence an additional frontage of 26.22 feet along the curve of an arc having a radius of 20 feet, thence a depth and front alongside Welham Loop of 98.45 feet, by a depth along the opposite sideline of 110 feet, by a width in the rear of 89.64 feet.
