THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, Louisiana, in GODCHAUX COMMUNITY, Unit No. 1, Riverlands, being a resubdivision of a portion of the LaPlace Plantation, Sections 24 and 25, Township 11 South, Range 7 East, Southeastern District of Louisiana, East of the Mississippi River, and designated as LOT NO. 235, in the square bounded by Welham Loop and Ellerslie Avenue, all in accordance with the survey by J.J.
