TWO CERTAIN LOTS OR PORTIONS OF GROUND, together with all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, on the left descending bank of the Mississippi River, as Garyville, Louisiana, forming a part of Original Lot No. 19 of Hope Plantation and being more particularly delineated and designated on a plan of survey showing the subdivision of a part of Lot 19 of Hope Plantation, made by H.E.
