Landry, C.E., No, 585, dated New Orleans, Louisiana, December 5, 1931, as the “PECAN GROVE SUBDIVISION”, a blue print copy whereof has been accepted and approved by the Police Jury of the Parish of St. John the Baptist and filed and deposited for recordation in the office of the Clerk of Court of said Parish, and according thereto, said presently conveyed lot of ground is designated thereon as LOT NO.
