A certain lot of ground located in Section 27 & 64, T11S, R7E, in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, Louisiana, shown in the subdivision plan prepared by Engineering Concepts, Inc., dated January 28, 1985, entitled “The Glade Subdivision, Parcel “A” and Parcel “C” Final Plat” being known as LOT 15 on the particular map with said map being recorded at Map No. 196 of the records of St. John the Baptist Parish. Said LOT 15 is also shown on the survey prepared by Riverlands Surveying Company dated October 30, 2009 entitled “Survey Plat of Lot 15, Parcel “C” of the Glade Subdivision situated in Section 27, T-11-S, R-7-E, Laplace, St. John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana,” said map is attached hereto and made a part hereof and LOT 15 is more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the intersection of a found T-Bar on the Northwest corner of Lot 15 and the Right of Way of Hwy. 51 and thence proceeding S44 degrees 25′ 18″E a distance of 167.74 feet to a point and corner; thence N45 degrees 34′ 42″ East a distance of 100.00 feet to a point and corner; thence N44 degrees 25’18″WE a distance of 153.58 feet to a point and corner; thence continue along Louisiana Highway 51 right of way along an arc of a curve to the left 101.02 feet which has a radius of 1357.39 feet and a long chord of 101.00 feet which bears S53 degrees 38’00″W to the point of beginning. Said LOT 15 is bounded as follows: in the front or North by Louisiana Highway 51, on the West side by Lot 14 of Parcel C, on the East side by Lot 16 of Parcel C.
