One certain lot or portion of ground, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, on the left descending bank of the Mississippi River, at LaPlace, Louisiana, forming part of the Noe Millet Tract of land, situated in Section 26, T11S, R7E, Southeast District of Louisiana, which tract of land has been subdivided into the Noe Millet Subdivision per plan of Henry E. Landry, Sr., Civil Engineer, dated October 20, 1953, which plan has been approved by the policy jury of the Parish of St. John the Baptist and is of record in the office of the clerk of court, and according thereto the presently conveyed portion of ground is designated and measures as follows:
