That certain piece or portion of ground, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in Belle Pointe Subdivision No. 1, being a resubdivision of a portion of Belle Pointe Plantation, Section 91, 92, 93, 100, and 101, Township 11 South, Range 7 East, of the Southeast Land District of Louisiana, East of Mississippi River, and in accordance with the survey of J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated November 30, 1977, said piece or portion of ground is designated and measures as follows:
