The property described in the Act of Mortgage is described as follows:

A CERTAIN PARCEL OF GROUND, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, located in Sections 24 and 25 of Township 11 South, Range 7 East, Southeastern Land District of Louisiana, East of the Mississippi River, in that part thereof known as RIVERLAND HEIGHTS, being a resubdivision of a portion of the Laplace Plantation, designated as LOT 82 of SQUARE 6 on the plan of subdivision made by J.J. Krebs & Sons Inc., dated August 15, 1964, revised February 16, 1965, approved by the Police Jury of St. John the Baptist on October 1, 1964 and May 6, 1965, and according thereto said square is bounded by Lacour Drive, Bellevue Drive, Belle Chase Drive and Ridgefield Drive, and said lot commences at a distance of 154.90 feet from the corner of Lacour Drive and Bellevue Drive and measures thence a first frontage on Lacour Drive of 16.27 feet to a point of curvature, thence a second frontage on Lacour Drive of 53.78 feet, a width in the rear of 70 feet, by a depth on the sideline nearer to Ridgefield Drive of110 feet and a depth on the opposite sideline of 110.94 feet. All of which is more fully shown on the plan of survey by J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated August 4, 1965.
