Payne, C. E., on May 10, 1922, a blue print copy of which is annexed to an act of sale by George A. Lasseigne, et als to the present vendor, passed on July 2, 1938, which act is on file and of record in the Office of the Clerk of Court and Ex-Officio Recorder of this parish, under Original Act No. 6022, which map is hereby made a part hereof by reference), and being particularly delineated and designated on a map of said Cornland Addition, made by Jefferson Engineering Company, CE&S, dated Gretna, LA, February 22, 1932, a photostatic copy whereof is annexed to an act of sale by previous vendor to George A.
