One certain lot of ground, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as Belle Terre Two Subdivision, and Lots 157, 158, 159 and 160 of Carrollwood Subdivision, Section No. 3, being a resubdivision of a portion of Section 68, Township 11 South, Range 7 East, and Lots 42-43, 89-91, Square 3 and Lots 119-225, Square 5 of Carrollwood Subdivision, Section No. 3, and according to the plan of J. J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., said lot of ground is designated and measures as follows:

Lot 56 of Square 8 of Belle Terre Two Subdivision, Phase 1, which measures 53 feet front along Carmel Valley Drive, at a radius of 50 degrees; thence measures 99.54 feet in depth along the West boundary of the subdivision side, thence measures a depth of 126.60 feet in the rear along the West boundary of the subdivision, and thence measures a depth of 129.48 feet along the Country Club Drive side to the point of origination. All in accordance with the survey of J. J Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated December 13, 1976, and resurveyed March 8, 1977 to show improvements.
