A CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in Township 11 South, Range 7 East, Southeastern District of Louisiana. East of the Mississippi River, in that part thereof known as Carrollwood Subdivision, being a resubdivision of a portion of the LaPlace Plantation as shown on plan by J.J. Krebs & Sons, C.E. & S., dated July 2, 1964, revised February 16, 1965, and August 5, 1965, approved by the Police Jury for the Parish of St. John the Baptist on May 11, 1965 and August 19, 1965, on file in the office of the Clerk of Court, St. John the Baptist, Louisiana, and according thereto, said portion of ground is designated as Lot N. 171, bounded by Madewood Drive, Concord Drive, the southern boundary of the subdivision and Carrollwood Avenue, said Lot No. 171, commences at a distance of 533.20 feet from the corner of Madewood Drive and Carrollwood Avenue and measures thence 60 feet front on Madewood Drive, same width in the rear by a depth between equal and parallel lines of 100 feet; all as more fully shown on survey by JJ. Krebs & Sons, Inc., C.E.. & S., certified correct September 30, 1966, a copy of which is annexed to act recorded at COB 53, page 331.
