Plaintiff’s mortgage and/or privilege affects the following described property, to-wit:

ONE CERTAINLOT OF GROUND, bearing a portion of the New Era Plantation located in Section 19, T11S, R7E, Southeast District of Louisiana, East of the Mississippi River in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, and being particularly delineated and designated on a plan made by H.E. Landry, C.E. and Surveyor, dated June 10, 1946, a blue print of said plan being annexed to a notarial act of sale by George A. Lassaigne to Elvans Keating and William Keating executed before D. Elmore Becnel, N.P., for the Parish of St. John the Baptist, Louisiana, and designated on said plan as Lot Number Two (2), Square B of NEW ERA ADDITION SUBDIVISION, and described as follows:

LOT NO. 2, SQUARE B, measuring 60 feet front on the Jefferson Highway (now West Fifth Street), by a depth of 150 feet between equal and parallel lines, and a width in the rear of 60 feet, and being bounded front or South by the Jefferson Highway (now West Fifth Street), East by Lot No. 3, Square B, North by Lot No. 15, Square B, and West by Lot No. 1 of Square B. All in accordance with survey by Harold J- Flynn, Land Surveyor, dated October 13, 1979; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
