Plaintiff’s mortgage and/or privilege affects the following described property, to-wit:

Landry, C.E. and Surveyor, dated June 10, 1946, a blue print of said plan being annexed to a notarial act of sale by George A. Lassaigne to Elvans Keating and William Keating executed before D.
