The property described in the Act of Mortgage is described as follows:
One certain lot of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, located in Sections 41 & 42, T 11 S, R 7 E, Southeastern District of Louisiana, east of the Mississippi River, being a portion of the Elias Madere Tract and made in accordance with a plan by H.E. Landry, Sr., Civil Engineer, of the division of the Elias Madere Tract dated June 22, 1952, revised March 29, 1956, and March 18, 1958, and re-surveyed into a subdivision known as Terre Haute Subdivision on February 14, 1973, by S.K. Landry, Civil Engineers; said lots of ground are designated in said subdivision as Lots 14, 56 and 58 measure as follows:
