That certain piece or portion of ground, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, Louisiana, being a portion of Willow Grove Plantation, Parcels X-1-A, 1-E-1, in Section 20, Township 11 South, Range 7 East, now called Sugar Ridge Subdivision, in accordance with a resubdivision made by J.J. Krebs and Sons, Inc., dated November 30, 1978, approved by the St. John the Baptist Police Jury on February 22, 1979, and corrected April 24, 1980, said subdivision being shown on the Plan of J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated November 30, 1978, revised February 28, 1980, and revised April 21, 1980, a print of which is attached to the Police Jury resolution dated April 24, 1980, registered in COB 140, folio 719, and filed on May 23, 1980, under map file no. 168, of the official records of the Parish of St. John the Baptist, Louisiana, which said lot is more fully described thereon as follows, to-wit:

Lot 113, forms the corner of Columbia Court and South Sugar Ridge Road and measures thence 40.48 feet front on Columbia Court, thence on a curve having a radius of 35 feet, 21.03 feet front on Columbia Court and 21.48 feet front on Columbia Court a width in the rear of 70.14 feet and a depth and front on South Sugar Ridge Road of 110.18 feet and a depth on the opposite sideline of 89.17 feet.
