That certain piece or portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 11 SOUTH, RANGE 7 EAST, SOUTHEAST DISTRICT, East of the Mississippi River, in that part thereof known as NEW ERA PLANTATION being a portion of former LOT “H”, of New Era Plantation, all in accordance with a plan of resubdivision of Harris & Varisco, C.
