That certain piece or portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, forming part of Square No. 3 of the subdivision of the front portion of LaPlace Plantation and being particularly delineated and designated on a plan made by Payne Engineering Company on July 9, 1928 and reconstructed and redrawn by H. E. Landry, C.E. and surveyor, dated May 11, 1940, a copy of which in on file in the office of the Clerk of Court, in that part known as LaPlace Terrace Subdivision, and on said plan said lot is designated as follows:
Portion of Lot 19, Square 7-A, bounded by West Maple Loop (formerly Maurin Drive), Lilac Street (formerly Second Street), and Lily Street (side), formerly Third Street, and commences at a distance of 70.00 feet from the intersection of West Maple Loop and Lilac Street, and measures thence 55.00 feet front on West Maple Loop, same width in the rear, by a depth of 120.00 feet between equal and parallel lines. All in accordance with a survey of Lucien C. Gassen, Land Surveyor, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, dated June 26, 1987, improvements added September 17, 1987.
