The property described in the Act of Mortgage is described as follows:
One certain lot or portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in what is known as Cambridge Place Subdivision, said portion of ground is designated and measures as follows:
Lot 31, Square 20, said square is bounded by Concordia Drive (formerly Concord Drive), Revere Drive, Cambridge Drive (side) and St. Andrews Boulevard (side). Said Lot 31 commences at a distance of 156.35 feet from the corner of Concordia Drive and Revere Drive and measures thence 50 feet front on Concordia Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth of 100 feet between equal and parallel lines. All in accordance with a survey by Sterling Mandle, Surveyor, dated December 18, 1978, resurveyed July 30, 1984.
And according to a survey made by Scandaliato, Cenac & Associates, Inc., Consulting Engineers and Land Surveyors dated January 28, 1992, the above-described property has the same location, designation and dimensions as hereinabove set forth.
