ALL THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PARCEL OF GROUND, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, all rights, ways, means, privileges, servitudes, prescriptions and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining thereto, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, being a portion of Willow Grove Plantation, Parcels X-1-A, and Y-1-A, in Section 20, Township 11 South, Range 7 East, now called Sugar Ridge Subdivision, in accordance with a resubdivision made by JJ Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated November 30, 1978 approved by the St. John the Baptist Police Jury on February 22, 1979 and corrected April 29, 1980, said resubdivision being shown on the plan of JJ Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated November 30, 1978, revised February 28, 1980 and revised April 21, 1980, a print of which is attached to the Police Jury Resolution dated April 24, 1980 registered in COB 140, folio 719 and filed on May 23, 1980 under Map File No. 168 of the official records of the St. John the Baptist, Louisiana, which said lot is more fully described as follows, to-wit:
LOT NUMBER NINETY NINE (99) measures 74.09 feet front on Meeker Loop, by a depth of 100 feet along the North Sugar Ridge Road Side, and a depth along the opposite sideline (Meeker Loop Side) of 100.16 feet and a width in the rear of 79.76 feet. All in accordance with the survey made by Edward L. Clinton, Land Surveyor, dated March 4, 1985 (“Property”).
