Lt. Basil Trepagnier was excited to do lunch with Rowan Williams, a young friend he made in September 2020 after a traffic stop in a LaPlace neighborhood. Last year, Rowan flagged down Lt. Trepagnier and invited him to play some ball with her. Lt. Trepagnier was happy to join her. Last week, Lt. Tregpanier, along with Sgt. Danielle Falgoust, had planned to enjoy another game of ball. Unfortunately, it had to be cancelled because of bad weather. Instead, Lt. Trepagnier and Sgt. Falgoust stopped by her home to deliver a bag of goodies, and enjoyed pizza.
