On Tuesday, August 11, 2015, at 9:43 pm, St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a residence in the 600 block of St. Andrews Boulevard in LaPlace for the report of a gunshot that broke a window on the residence. The complainant told deputies that he heard a “pop†and then heard the window break. The initial investigation revealed that a single gunshot broke the window. No one was injured.
This incident is currently being investigated.
