The property described in the Act of Mortgage is described as follows:
Two certain lots or portions of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in LaPlace, in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, on the East Bank of Mississippi River, in Section 72, Township 11 South, Range 7 East, Southeastern District of Louisiana, forming part of Unit Two LaPlace Park Subdivision, being of original Tract “G” of the New Era Plantation, according to a plan of survey of said Unit Two of LaPlace Park Subdivision, made by H. E. Landry, Sr., C.E., Number 585, dated New Orleans, Louisiana, 8-21-57, a copy whereof was on 10-17-57, approved by the Police Jury of the Parish of St. John the Baptist and on file in the Office of the Recorder of said Parish of St. John the Baptist, said lot is designated and measures as follows:
