Harold Brown

 

Thru investigation, on Thursday, Sept 17th, St John Sheriff Investigators identified Harold Brown, 17, of 432 Corrine Ct, LaPlace, LA as the suspect in the exposing incident and was booked for Obscenity charges.

Brown had been arrested on Wednesday, Sept 16th  and booked with Unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling of a home in LaPlace.

Brown remains in custody at this time on a $11,500.00 bond

September 15th Release

       On Tuesday, September 15, 2015, at 10:15 pm, St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a residence in the 1500 block of Ellerslie Avenue in LaPlace for the report of a man exposing himself to two women sitting outside the residence. The women told deputies that the perpetrator was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black shorts. Deputies canvassed the area looking for the suspect to no avail.

Deputies responded to the residence a second time when the complainant said that she saw the perpetrator near the intersection of Madewood Drive and Greenwood Drive. She told deputies that he was now wearing a red shirt and black shorts. Deputies canvassed the area looking for the suspect to no avail. Deputies stayed in the area and continued looking for the perpetrator, but they never located him.
