While patrolling neighborhoods in Reserve February 9, 2021, Lt. Greg Baker was flagged down by a group of children playing outside. Lt. Baker stopped his unit and met Siya, Ashton, Promise and Antoine. Lt. Baker was happy to chat with the children who were really interested in viewing his unit. After the children checked out the blue lights and sirens, Lt. Baker talked to them about his job. He told them a police officer’s main job is to protect and serve, and that police officers are community helpers. Lt. Greg Baker was excited to make these new friends in Reserve.
