St. John Sheriff’s officers who are members of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives Louisiana Southwest Chapter hosted a prom dress giveaway March 9, 2024 at the Lloyd B. Johnson Law Enforcement Training Center in LaPlace.
The group collected dresses that were available for distribution to high school girls.
NOBLE was happy to partner with Mama’s Kitchen who covered the cost of alterations by Freda Jackson and Erin Tillery of Snip It Up. Dacia Adams of Dazzling Gems provided jewelry; and Leo Furniture and Home Depot assisted with the dress and jewelry display.
