ONE CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as THE GLADE SUBDIVISION, SPRING MEADOW, PARCEL E – PHASE 1, being a resubdivision of a portion of Sections 27 and 64, Township 11 South, Range 7 East, Southeast District of Louisiana, East of the Mississippi River and forming portions of Farm Lots 1, 2, 3, 6 and 15 of Woodland Plantation, and as per plan of survey by Engineering Concepts, Inc., dated April 4, 1984, and recorded in Map Book No. 192, St. John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana, said lot is more fully described as follows, to-wit:

Flores, Land Surveyor, dated November 10, 1986, a copy of which is annexed to COB 216, folio 387, official records of St. John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana, said LOT 18 measures 36.07 feet front on Sawgrass Drive, by a depth of 131.56 feet along its northerly sideline adjoining Lot 17, by a depth of 109.81 feet along its southerly sideline adjoining Lot 19, with a first width in the rear of 31.51 feet, with a second width in the rear of 38.59 feet along the arc of a curve which has a radius of 25 feet, with a third with in the rear of 82.59 feet and said LOT 18 lies in a square bounded by Sawgrass Drive, Pampas Drive, Lot 19, Meadow Drive, Indigo Parkway and Lot 17.
