JOHN THE BAPTIST, STATE OF LOUISIANA, in that part known as RIVERLAND HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, in SQUARE NO. 4 thereof, which Square is bounded by Belmont, Bellevue, Belle Alliance and Ridgefield Drives. Said Lot is designated as LOT 112-A on a survey by J.J. Krebs & Sons, C.E.&S., dated August 15, 1964, revised February 16, 1965, and again on another survey dated June 17, 1965, resurveyed June 29, 1965, and certified correct September 27, 1966, and is more fully described therein as follows, to-wit:
